You need:
- Passion for learning and creating new technology
- Some touch to current and future RTW technologies (XMPP, Web Sockets, HTML5, Comet)
- Experience (or a great self-confidence) on building scalable web platforms
- Thrift, No-SQL, memcached, Hadoop and Erlang are somehow familiar
- Great sense of humor
